Using the impact tool while working with ESC volunteers? Our friends at Praxis Greece have already become creative and started working back home as a result of our first meeting in the Netherlands.
Last week we finished our first “Connectivity” event!
In the past few days, participants from the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, France, Bulgaria, Greece, and Croatia took part in one of our four training events in order to exchange best practices and to find ways how to create a long-term impact for the target group of unemployed, fewer opportunity adults.
During the meeting, our participants had the chance to work with the impact tool of Erasmus+, practice the facilitation of outdoor activities, exchange ideas, and create a common language that can be the basis of our further project activities.
What an enriching experience! We are enthusiastic about the outcomes and we are ready to continue working back home, together with all our partners and participants.
